Location:  Kings Beach CA, 2 miles up Rout 267.  7 miles from Northstar; 15 miles from Squaw / Alpine; 35 miles from Heavenly.

Kingswood Estates is located on either side of Highway 267/Northshore Blvd. about 1 mile north of Lake Tahoe and 5 miles to Northstar. Kingswood West in located further up the road, above the regional park. This growing community has condominiums starting under $370,000 and average home prices around $730,000.
