Agate Bay

The neighborhoods within Agate Bay offer convenient access to the lake, casinos, bike trails, hiking trails, shopping and ski resorts of the North shore.  Agate Bay homes starting in the $450,000 price range which are close to restaurants, shopping, casinos and other amenities. The Tahoe City Agate Bay Sun Club provides a swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts and a private pier. These facilities are available to property owners who currently have membership in the Agate Bay sun and beach club.  This club membership has a current market value in the $30,000-60,000 price range for use of amenities. Pool is usually open by memorial day weekend,  but determined at the start of the summer season.
